FXR WARRANTY

As a premium power sports apparel brand, FXR strives to offer an extensive, easy to use warranty program.

FXR warrants our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the product, FXR product is under warranty for 1 - 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to product purchased at an authorized FXR dealership or from fxrracing.com. Products carrying the extended 3 year progressive warranty are identified on the hangtag, in our catalogues and online. Warranty is valid only with a copy of the original receipt.

Please note: FXR’s warranty isn’t applicable when products have been:

  • Damaged in an accident,
  • Improperly cared for, (Please pay close attention to the care instructions on the care label),
  • Neglected, or
  • Deteriorated from normal wear and tear.

Examples of damages that may not be covered under warranty are: snags, rips, tears, burns, fuel/oil stains, fading from prolonged sun exposure, care instructions not followed or other similar situations. In the event something like this happens to your FXR item, FXR will do its utmost to assist with product recovery.

Please remember: product is susceptible to normal wear and tear. The natural lifetime of an item may be reduced through aggressive or high frequency use.

Purchases through fxrracing.com:

If you have purchased FXR product through fxrracing.com please click here to generate warranty request (Link to warranty@fxrracing.com - detailed email: full name, size, style, problem with product, etc. with pictures attached) (to help ensure a speedier process for your warranty claim)

A FXR Return Authorization (RA) is required for returning product to FXR. Upon submission of the warranty request form, you will receive a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization will indicate the return address. The return address will depend on the country from which the product is being returned. Shipping costs are at customer’s expense.

FXR will determine whether to repair or replace the product. All items to be repaired must be clean before returning to FXR. We ask this in respect of the person repairing the product. If the product is deemed unsuitable for repair due to uncleanliness, a $25 cleaning fee will be applied.

Replacement items will be the style and size as the original purchase. If the same item is not available, one of an equal value in the same size and color will be selected. In the event of an item replacement, we request the original item be returned.

All repaired and replaced (?) items will be covered for warranty for the remainder of the time from the original purchase.

Purchases from an FXR dealer:

For purchases of FXR product from an FXR dealer/store, please return to the place of purchase with the original proof of purchase. If upon inspection the dealer deems the item to be defective, the dealer will initiate a request for warranty with FXR.
